Wuxi Kaifei Machinery, founded in 1985, after more than forty years of technological accumulation and strategic upgrading, was officially relocated and Jiangsu YouYe Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2024. As a member of the precision casting field in China, the enterprise has completed a leapfrog development from a single casting workshop to a modern intelligent factory, and has built an integrated industrial chain layout covering precision casting, CNC machining, and quality inspection.

The company is located in the core area of the national-level Wuxi Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the Wuxi East Hub of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, and only 90 minutes' drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Hub. The modern industrial park covers an area of 23,000 square meters, with a production workshop of 16,000 square meters, equipped with cutting-edge equipment such as South Korean Doosan five-axis machining centers and Hexagon precision detectors.

With 38 years of dedicated research and manufacturing of steam turbine blades, the company independently masters 12 core processes such as blade forming and surface strengthening treatment for supercritical units. The product accuracy can reach ±0.005mm. The service network covers three major electrical groups and well-known foreign energy enterprises, with a cumulative delivery of hundreds of thousands of various steam turbine blades.

Development History of YouYe Precision

● In June 2018, became a supplier of SAIC Motor for blades;

● In November 2014, achieved batch delivery of 72" hollow stationary blades for the last stage of CAP1400;

● In July 2011, became a supplier of Toshiba Corporation in Japan for blades, overcame multiple technical difficulties for them, and have been continuously innovating ever since;

● In May 2006, successfully developed hollow stationary blades, overcame multiple technical problems for Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., and was honored as an outstanding supplier by Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. over the years;

● In August 2004, became a supplier of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. for blades;

● In January 2003, Wuxi YouYe Precision Casting changed to the silica sol process, and its products were sold to high - end markets in Europe and America. The blades became a supplier of Wuhan Steam Turbine Works, and took the lead in starting the practice of CNC surface machining of blades;

● In July 1992, cooperated with Wuxi Blade Factory to process steam turbine blades;

● In June 1989, the trial production of turbochargers and impellers was successful;

● In March 1985, the predecessor of YouYe (Hongguang Machinery) was founded;
